MiCA member state (NBS as NCA). National crypto-assets act designates NBS for CASP licensing and crypto advisor examinations. The grandfathering period for existing VASPs ended Dec 2025. NBS authorised six CASPs between Dec 2025 and Jan 2026 (Fintegence, FINTECH SK, FUMBI, Madison Six, Firefish Europe, Okazio).
