MiCA member state (ATVP as NCA). ZIUTK (implementing law) in force since Nov 2024, among the earliest in the EU. The VASP transition ended 1 Jul 2026. ESMA's register lists five Slovenian CASPs, including GateHub Exchange (Aug 2026) and ICONOMI Europe (Sep 2026).
