No dedicated crypto law, but regulatory framework developing. Supreme Decree 006-2023-JUS brought VASPs under AML supervision. SBS Resolution 02648-2024 imposes KYC, compliance officer, and Travel Rule requirements on VASPs. Framework Law with RUPIC exchange registry pending in Congress.
