Latvia — crypto regulation

MiCA member state (Latvijas Banka as NCA). Law on Crypto-asset Services adopted Jul 2024. BlockBen SIA received Latvia's first MiCA licence in Dec 2025. By Sep 2026 Latvijas Banka had authorised 12 CASPs, including Paybis, Neverless, Backpack EU and Noah, making Riga a growing licensing hub.
