Greece — crypto regulation

MiCA member state (HCMC as NCA). Law 5193/2025, enacted Apr 2025, made Greece the first Southern European state to complete MiCA transposition. The HCMC authorised Greece's first CASPs in mid-2026 (BCASH, Xenios Blockchain Group, Capital Wallet Greece). Piraeus Bank notified crypto services under Art. 60 in Aug 2026.
