MiCA member state (Finantsinspektsioon as NCA). Estonia ran Europe's most aggressive VASP cleanup, revoking 1,800+ licences since 2020. The Crypto Asset Market Act (Jul 2024) moved oversight from the FIU to the FSA, and FIU-era licences lapsed on 1 Jul 2026. Only three Estonian CASPs are in ESMA's interim register: Lightyear, LHV Pank and Lightspark Payments Europe. Zondacrypto's Estonian operator BB Trade Estonia OÜ was declared bankrupt by a Tallinn court in Aug 2026.
