MiCA member state (CNB as NCA). Digital Finance Act (No. 31/2025) in force since Feb 2025. ESMA's interim register lists 12 Czech CASPs, including Coinmate and bank notifier Partners Banka. The CNB holds a $1M test portfolio including bitcoin (bought Oct–Nov 2025) that runs about two years. In Apr 2026 Governor Michl argued that a 1% bitcoin allocation would improve reserve returns.
