Fintech Law (21.521) effective 2023 established CMF registration for crypto exchanges, custody, and brokerage. All providers required authorisation by Feb 2025. Circular 62 (2025) strengthened AML/KYC. iShares Bitcoin ETF listed on Santiago Exchange Jul 2024. Central Bank exploring Digital Peso.
