Bulgaria — crypto regulation

MiCA member state (FSC as NCA). Crypto-Asset Markets Act adopted Jun 2025, in force since 8 Jul 2025. Grandfathering for AML-registered VASPs ended Jul 2026. The FSC has authorised four CASPs (Belayer, Altcoins BG, Digital Assist, FF Digital), and Alaric Securities provides crypto services through an Art. 60 notification.
