MiCA member state (FMA as NCA). MiCA-VVG entered into force Jul 2024, shortening grandfathering to Dec 2025. Vienna emerging as MiCA licensing hub — Bitpanda, Bybit, KuCoin EU all authorised. FMA co-signed joint paper with AMF and Consob calling for ESMA direct supervision of major CASPs.
